NEW YORK - TMS Implementation
Consolidated 11 acquisitions into one company, thereby creating the largest cartage company in New York City. I led the team which implemented a complex order processing, rating & dispatch system. We built or consolidated locations while building a regional network and implementing telematics for 1100 Staff & Drivers.
DALLAS - Transportation eCommerce
Built an internet-based transportation order placement and tracking portal. I managed a team of developers, a helpdesk and together we built a national network of trucking companies / agents. The system enabled national shippers to utilize a one-stop-shop for all their transportation needs, across north america.
SAN FRANCISCO - 3PL Startup
Along with 5 colleagues, co-launched a california-based trucking company which we rapidly grew to 22 locations, 600 drivers and $18M in revenue. I built facilities, servers, network and we implemented financial and TMS systems. I worked closely with customers like Kaiser Permanente and IKEA to optimize their transportation and logistics solutions. (Acquired)
VANCOUVER - Digital Transformation
Engaged to upgrade outdated technology systems and fragmented processes. I built facility infrastructure, upgraded ERP and CRM systems, plus developed bespoke systems to accelerate order processing, fulfillment, manufacturing, reporting & KPI's. Created a data-warehouse, a B2B & B2C e-commerce system & Helpdesk.
CANADA - Transportation Management (TMS)
Epic Lead for multi-year Transportation Management System (TMS) implementation for Canada's largest tire distributor. The project involved scoping, resource management, training, and implementation. The customer operates 270+ stores, 4 distribution centers, plus mining, retread, and wholesale divisions.
